Ingredients

  • 1 cup Hemp milk

  • 3 tbsp Chia seeds, ground

  • 1 tbsp Hemp protein powder (or protein of choice)

  • 2 tbsp Coconut, shredded, unsweetened

  • 1 mango Mango (diced)

  • 2 tbsp Goji berries

  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a 500ml glass jar, let sit in the fridge overnight.

Give a good stir in the morning and enjoy!
