Bok Choy in Garlic

Ingredients

  • 6 cup Bok choy

  • 1 tbsp Avocado oil

  • 2 clove(s) Garlic

  • 2 tbsp Tamari, gluten free, reduced sodium

Instructions

Heat oil in a large pan or wok at medium heat. Add the bok choy and sauté for 2 minutes. If your bok choy was wet before

cooking, you may have to drain o" excess liquid.

Add the garlic and tamari and sauté for 1-2 minutes until the bok choy is cooked but still vibrant green.

Serve garlic bok choy as a delicious side dish.
