Asian Sesame Green Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Spinach

  • 2 cup Bok choy

  • 2 cup Choy Sum, Raw

  • 1 large pepper(s) Red bell pepper

  • 2 tbsp Honey

  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil

  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds

  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds, black

Instructions

Chop the spinach, bok choy and choy sum into thin, 3cm long strips. Cut across the stalks in order to break up the stringy texture. Slice the bell pepper into thin strips. Place all vegetables in a large bowl.

Drizzle the honey and sesame oil over the chopped vegetables and mix gently. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
