Ingredients

  • 1 can (15oz) Chickpeas, canned, drained (canned, drained)

  • 199 gm Artichoke hearts, canned (canned)

  • 114 gm Tahini

  • 2 clove(s) Garlic (minced)

  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1/4 cup Water

Instructions

Place drained chickpeas, artichoke hearts, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, salt and water in a food processor or high speed blender. Puree for 1-2 minutes or until smooth.

Serve with crackers, vegetables or even use as a salad dressing.
