I’m so grateful that the group requested this masterclass. It was a joy to create and after such a stressful year (it’s 2020 for those reading this in the future), I really needed to be reminded of all of these techniques.

This masterclass is divided into 5 parts:

1. Acute Stress Vs. Chronic Stress – I think this is the most important section, so be sure not to skip this one. It talks about the healing aspect of stress and why our relationship with stress is so important.

2. When to Eat to Manage Stress – this is a short section that talks about how to organize your meals so you don’t inadvertently trigger a release of extra cortisol. 

3. Top Foods for Stress Relief – these are calming foods that can help you through a stressful day or time. Adding one or two to your day can be helpful.

4. Stress Recovery – This section talks about the long-term plan of recovery after a big stress has passed.

5. Lifestyle – This is also an important section. It talks about things you can do during a stressful day to calm down and how to change your relationship with stress.
