Qi Gong and Yoga

This practice explains the movements a bit more than other videos. It’s a good place to start, but you can skip this one if you prefer a shorter one :)

This is a full, 12 minute qigong session that includes practices for the elements of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water and their associated organs and meridians.

Grounding is a key principle in qigong. This routine cultivates the energy of centering so you maintain a strong root and don't get thrown off by life's challenges. It's a great one if you experience over thinking, worry, insomnia, anxiety.

This is the qigong practice of the 8 Brocades, or Baduanjin. Regular practice is believed to improve organ function and overall wellbeing.
